Hello! I’m Burt Peeters, ERYT 500, and I have been practicing and teaching Yoga for about 20 years. I am registered with Yoga Alliance and am qualified to teach yoga teacher trainees.
I conduct yoga classes and workshops in Southern Ontario and have made appearances on radio and television talk shows, discussing yoga and its many benefits!
My training is always ongoing - presently expanding my yoga skills with Rick Lynch, in Canandagua, New York. I have and continue to attend seminars with Dr. Vasant Lad, and take yearly treatments with Dr. Ashwin Sastry in Hariharapuri, India to deepen my knowledge of ayurveda, and Wayne Liquorman to explore advaita.
I now teach regular classes in Grimsby, and I also lead workshops for community, educational, and business organizations to promote relaxation and counteract stress. See the schedule page for details of Zoom and in person classes
